By downloading, installing, or playing DotsPo, or by accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our app or website.

2. License to Use

DotsPo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on your supported mobile devices.

3. Intellectual Property

The game design, original music compositions, animations, dot mechanics, character adaptations, and trademarks are the exclusive property of DotsPo Studio. All historical quotes and public domain milestones are credited to their respective historical sources.

4. User Conduct

When submitting usernames or participating in community leaderboards, you agree not to submit offensive, defamatory, or unlawful language, or attempt to compromise game balance using unauthorized automation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

DotsPo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We strive to provide an uninterrupted, bug-free experience, but cannot guarantee that all devices or operating system versions will perform identically.
